Job Description

As a senior functional consultant, you will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining our Enterprise Quality Management System (EQMS) to drive business excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements, collaborate on solution implementation, and ensure quality deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in EQMS, extensive experience in testing methodologies, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of EQMS, be able to analyze business requirements, and translate them into functional test cases. They should also have experience in conducting and supporting functional testing, SIT, and UAT phases.

Candidates with a semi-conductor industry background are preferred but not mandatory. Experience with tools like Azure DevOps is also desirable. Additionally, the successful candidate should have good stakeholder management skills, be able to mentor and coach team members, and continuously evaluate and improve quality assurance processes.
