
Senior Digital Growth Strategist

Job Opportunity:
This role is a key position in our organization, responsible for leading the digital performance marketing practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling campaigns, managing teams, and building client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute ROI-focused strategies across various paid channels.
- Plan, optimize, test, and scale campaigns to exceed performance KPIs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing strategic recommendations and insights.
- Mentor junior team members and oversee external contractors to ensure quality execution.
- Monitor campaign metrics, conduct deep-dive analyses, and generate actionable reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign messaging with broader client strategies.
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on scaling paid media campaigns.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Campaign Manager.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Ads are highly valued.
- Strong understanding of attribution models, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in analytics and project management tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot, and Asana.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience, with at least 3+ in an agency leadership role.
- Additional certifications in tools like Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, and Amazon Ads.
- Experience working in high-growth industries such as SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or D2C brands.
- Strong record of managing teams and mentoring talent.
- Exposure to international markets and multi-language campaign management.
