The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager & Governance Lead with expertise in Workday Solutions.
About the Opportunity
This individual will be responsible for leading architectural design, governance, compliance, and system integrity across Workday modules, ensuring scalable and future-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture & Design
- Lead the architectural design of Workday tenant configurations to ensure alignment with business needs and enterprise requirements.
- Develop scalable, future-proof solutions across Workday modules.
- Governance & Compliance
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for configuration changes.
- Manage security design and access controls to meet compliance standards.
- Conduct regular audits and maintain documentation.
- System Integrity & Change Management
- Oversee change processes across production, sandbox, and implementation tenants.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through governance policies and monitoring.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Create and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership insights.
