Are you someone who sees architecture not just as a profession, but as a way to create experiences rooted in context, material, and craft? An award-winning design studio in Bangalore is seeking a Senior Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience to lead and contribute to a rich diversity of projects—from bridges and boutique homes to wellness retreats and institutional campuses. 

The studio is known for its immersive design process, deep sensitivity to site and climate, and its integration of research, material exploration, and construction detailing. Each project is a narrative- shaped by light, proportion, purpose, and craft, and they are looking for someone who can guide that story from the first sketch to the last built joint.

What You'll Do

Lead design development for diverse projects including residences, hospitality spaces, cultural          buildings, and infrastructure- often blending architecture, interiors, and master planning.

  • Translate design intent into reality, overseeing everything from early-stage concepts to detailed drawings and on-site execution.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including landscape designers, engineers, and craftspeople, fostering a studio culture where critique and iteration are integral.
  • Mentor junior architects while also engaging deeply with clients, consultants, and fabricators to ensure clarity and excellence in delivery.
  • Explore sustainability, craft, and vernacular design, creating solutions that are not only efficient but emotionally and spatially meaningful.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelors of Architecture is mandatory
  • Minimum 5 years of architectural experience, with exposure to projects that demonstrate both creative thinking and technical execution.
  • Strong design sensibility with the ability to conceptualize and deliver spatial ideas that are clear, poetic, and grounded.
  • Fluency in drawing and detailing, with proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
  • A passion for contextual design, natural materials, sustainability, and working with the grain of a place.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills- able to articulate ideas across teams, clients, and consultants.

Work Schedule:              

  • Location: Panduranga Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 am to 6:00 pm)
