Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement site merchandising calendars to drive traffic and conversion.
  • Analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase funnels to inform merchandising decisions.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create engaging marketing assets and refresh storefronts based on customer demand.
  • Develop and test new merchandising strategies to improve engagement and document results.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in Site Merchandising / E-commerce Marketing (Amazon experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn SQL and in-house merchandising tools.
