Senior Regional Finance Director

Finance leaders are in high demand to take on strategic roles within global technology companies.
This position is critical in leading regional financial reporting and closing, financial planning and cash flow management, while also providing insights to the regional management team, tax, treasury, and governance.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing regional finance strategies
- Overseeing financial closings on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Supervising the preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Ensuring adherence to international accounting standards and monitoring regulation changes
- Driving improvements in financial processes and optimizing workflows
- Acting as the main contact for auditors
- Providing financial expertise and guidance to leadership, contributing to business planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Coaching and developing finance teams
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA, CPA, or equivalent certification)
- 10+ years of controlling and advisory experience
- Experience managing finance teams in a multi-national environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to navigate complex financial environments and drive process efficiencies
