Job Description:\

As a Regional Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our training center in a designated region. Your key duties will include conducting pre- and post-recruitment orientation programs for loan officers, branch managers, and area managers.

Additionally, you will organize monthly induction and refresher programs focusing on products, processes, policies, and behavioral training. This role requires strong analytical skills to identify training needs, assess training effectiveness, and build capabilities in business, process, compliance, audit, CRM, and sales pitches.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this position, you must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Regional Trainer. You should also have familiarity with microfinance business models, processes, policies, and products. A postgraduate or graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.

Furthermore, you should have strong acumen for technology, automation, and business modeling. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively and work well under pressure.
