Job Summary:

A key finance position is available to manage day-to-day operations and drive growth in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate records in Tally/ERP systems.
  • Develop and provide timely financial reports, including MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with tax laws, including GST, TDS, PT, Income Tax.
  • Coordinate payroll processing, statutory filings (PF, ESI), and vendor management.
  • Support contract administration, financial planning, and analysis.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of professional experience in finance/accounting.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and ERP systems (ERPNext is a plus).
  • Degree in Commerce or related field, preferably with a specialization in Finance or Accounting.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
