Finance Director and Chief Accounting Officer

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our finance team and contribute to the growth of our business.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive financial strategy, manage financial reporting, cost efficiency, taxation, and audit management. The ideal candidate will have at least 14-15 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall finance and accounting function of the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage financial reporting, cost efficiency, taxation, and audit management.
  • Develop and implement effective internal controls and risk management strategies.
  • Lead the implementation of ERP and MIS systems, ensuring seamless cash flow and treasury management.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss accounts.
  • Budgeting and forecasting, strategic financial planning.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
  • At least 14-15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on the real estate sector.
