We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our leadership team at Talentiser. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop comprehensive financial plans that drive business growth.
    • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
    • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the leadership team for informed decision-making.
  • Accounts & Financial Reporting:
    • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian GAAP/IFRS/Ind-AS.
    • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Implement best practices in financial reporting to maintain transparency and integrity.
  • Audit & Compliance:
    • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits end-to-end, ensuring timely closure and compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, FEMA, and other statutory regulations.
    • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to minimize risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
    • Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulators to ensure seamless communication.
  • Taxation & Regulatory:
    • Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, filings, and assessments, ensuring timely payment of taxes and adherence to statutory timelines.
    • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and implement necessary process updates to maintain compliance.
