
Customer Support Advocate

We are seeking skilled customer support professionals to join our team in the US voice process. This role is ideal for those with a strong foundation in verbal communication, experience working with CRM tools, and ability to meet performance metrics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls from US clients
- Resolving product, service, billing, or technical issue-related queries
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service
- Adhering to process workflows, scripts, and quality standards
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in any stream
- 2-4 years of experience in US voice process/customer support
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call center software
- Ability to work night shifts
We prefer candidates who have:
- US accent experience supporting North American clients
- Problem-solving attitude with ability to think on your feet
