Main Responsibilities
  • Lead Digital Growth: Build and manage relationships with leading digital platforms.
  • Own Performance Marketing: Drive ad strategies with a laser focus on return on ad spend (ROAS), return on investment (ROI), and revenue.
  • Boost Sales & Conversions: Monitor daily/weekly sales, run smart promotions, and execute campaigns that truly move the needle.
  • Optimize Everything: Ensure our brand always wins visibility and trust.
  • Data with Action: Analyze key performance metrics then translate them into actionable growth plans.
  • Build Partnerships: Negotiate visibility slots and co-branded campaigns with category managers.
You're the Right Fit If You
  • Have 4-7 years of experience in FMCG/D2C growth, q-commerce, or e-commerce.
  • Have scaled premium FMCG/D2C brands (extra brownie points if in ghee, oils, natural/organic foods).
  • Know how to balance numbers and storytelling you live in data dashboards but also think like a marketer.
