Job Title: Sales Development RepresentativeJob Summary:

This role involves active outreach to potential customers, understanding their needs, and educating them about our healthcare solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a self-driven approach, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

They will be able to track and analyze sales data, support business initiatives, and collaborate with the team to enhance customer engagement strategies.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential customers by making outbound calls to leads generated through our marketing efforts
  • Understand user needs and explain how our services can benefit them and their families
  • Educate customers about our healthcare solutions and address their questions
  • Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lead conversion rates
  • Support business and sales initiatives by developing presentations and materials
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance customer engagement strategies
