Job Title: Healthcare Marketing Specialist

This is a high-level performance marketing role focused on driving patient leads, appointments, and brand visibility for healthcare services.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across digital platforms to drive patient acquisition and brand awareness.

  • Develop and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and healthcare-specific platforms to drive patient acquisition.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS, Patient Acquisition Cost) and prepare regular reports to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be a results-driven marketer with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its unique challenges. They will be able to interpret campaign data into actionable insights and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO basics, and automation tools.
  • Experience with lead generation, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.
