Job Role: Market Transaction Specialist

As a vital member of our team, the Market Transaction Specialist will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate execution of day-to-day activities. This includes managing various financial products for settlement and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver assigned production duties accurately and on time.
  • Maintain quality and quantity of processing as per Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Manage multiple deadlines and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive partnership value and liaison with supporting teams.
  • Escalate issues promptly to avoid adverse impact on business operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (finance or accounting preferred).
  • Strong background in wealth management products and operations (2-4 years experience preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams and functions.
  • Detailed-oriented and highly organized individual with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive worker with excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
