Job Title:

Performance and Reward Analyst

Job Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing employee benefits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records.

This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to effectively work with stakeholders, including new joiners and vendors.

The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree from a recognized institution and basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • PF Compliance Management:
    • Validate new joiners' PF passbooks and form 11,
    • Educate bank employees on correct form 11 filling,
    • Send validated documents to vendors for UAN mapping generation.
  • Monthly Tracking: Maintain accurate monthly trackers for form 11 submissions.
  • Effective Communication: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate Degree: A graduate degree from a recognized institution is mandatory.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office and working knowledge of MS Excel are required.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in handling operations of Employees Provident Fund Organization is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of Employees Provident Fund and Employees Pension Scheme is essential.
