Transway Group is seeking a professional to drive customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact customers via phone or email to address their concerns and provide timely updates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring prompt resolution of issues and keeping them informed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver smooth operations and resolve service-related concerns.
  • Support account setup, documentation, and order processing for new and existing clients.
  • Manage escalations and ensure proactive communication with customers to prevent further issues.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and provide guidance on Transway Group services.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Gather feedback from customers and share insights with management to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements & Skills
  • A bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Two to three years of experience in customer service, client relations, or logistics support is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • A problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset is necessary.
  • Good knowledge of North American trucking operations is desirable.
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is expected.
