Client Service Manager Position

This role involves serving as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their objectives, needs, and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their advocate within the organization.
  • Identify client challenges and provide innovative solutions to address them, leveraging available resources and expertise.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication between clients and internal teams, managing expectations and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring that all client requirements are met on time and within scope.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, project details, and work records to facilitate smooth operations and future reference.
  • Participate in pitches alongside agency staff to secure new business opportunities and contribute to organizational growth.
  • Ensure the overall quality of services delivered, maintaining set standards and exceeding client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client servicing, relationship building, and project management.
