We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Management - Client Servicing to join our team. This role demands someone who can be the perfect liaison between clients and the creative & strategy teams, ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly and deliver strong results. You will be responsible for building relationships, managing day-to-day communication, and driving business growth through seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and assigned clients.
- Understand client goals, brand guidelines, and campaign requirements to effectively brief internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal departments (creative, strategy, media, digital, production) to ensure timely and quality execution of campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by consistently delivering exceptional service.
- Create project timelines, budgets, and status reports; ensure they are communicated and adhered to.
- Participate in ideation, brainstorming sessions, and strategic planning for client pitches and campaigns.
- Ensure all client feedback is communicated effectively and changes are implemented as required.
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports for campaign evaluations and insights.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in client servicing/account management within an advertising or creative agency.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- A solution-driven mindset with a passion for client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Basecamp) is a plus.
- Must be currently based in Gurugram or willing to relocate.
