Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to assume a key role in our organization. This position involves being the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support, and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling client inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat.
  • Responding promptly and accurately to client questions about products, services, and policies.
  • Efficiently resolving client complaints while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Documenting interactions, transactions, and feedback in a thorough and accurate manner.
  • Escalating complex issues to relevant departments for timely resolution.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients through understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Meeting performance metrics related to response time, client satisfaction, and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably working with US clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, ticketing tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in BPO, IT, SaaS, or US-based client support roles.
  • Knowledge of customer success practices and retention strategies.
