We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Jupiter AI Labs. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration.
About the RoleThe HR Manager will be a key member of our organization, reporting directly to the management team. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.
- Employee Relations
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a mediator in conflict resolution, escalating issues to senior HR or management when necessary.
- Promote employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
- Performance Management
- Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems that align with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.
- Analyze performance metrics to support career development discussions.
- Training and Development
- Identify training needs in collaboration with department managers.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and other professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- HR Administration and Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage employee benefits, payroll coordination, and leave administration efficiently.
- Prepare and submit reports related to HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
- Policy Implementation
- Develop and update HR policies in line with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Communicate policies and procedures effectively to employees, promoting a culture of compliance.
- Other Responsibilities
- Stay updated on HR trends, technologies, and legal requirements to remain current and compliant.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Participate in special HR projects as assigned by management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
