Role Brief:

This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the helm of HR operations, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management for the Delhi team while also overseeing compliance for a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in labour laws, statutory compliance, and payroll management, combined with the ability to create an engaging workplace culture. As a key business partner, you will collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with the company’s goals, contributing directly to TII’s growth and success.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic HR Leadership

  • Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with the company’s operational goals and long-term vision.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters and recommend improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.


Statutory Compliance and Plant Oversight

  • Monitor and manage statutory compliance for the Haryana manufacturing plant, ensuring adherence to labour laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide oversight to plant HR activities through close coordination with the site HR team, ensuring smooth operations and compliance excellence.
  • Liaise with external agencies and internal teams to maintain compliance and address any legal or regulatory concerns.


HR Operations

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for the Delhi office, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit processes.
  • Enforce HR policies and handle employee grievances to foster a positive work culture.
  • Support the implementation of performance management systems and learning and development programs.


Payroll Management:

  • Take full ownership of payroll management for Delhi-based employees, ensuring timely salary disbursement and accurate ESI, PF filings, and challan generation.
  • Address payroll-related queries and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with applicable tax and labor laws.
  • Continuously improve payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA in HR is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
  • Expertise in labour laws and statutory compliance for manufacturing facilities.
  • Strong proficiency in payroll management, including ESI, PF filings, and related processes.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
