Senior Product Manager Job Description

Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Developing and Executing Product Strategy: You will lead the development and execution of the product strategy to drive growth and revenue for the business. This includes creating innovative products that meet customer needs and driving business objectives.

Leading Cross-Functional Teams: You will lead a team of product managers, designers, and developers to create and launch successful products. A deep understanding of card-on-device tokenization, EMVCo standards, and experience as a Tech Product Manager is essential.

Product Development Lifecycle Management: You will manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including product requirements, design, development, testing, and launch. You will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the RuPay products and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, compliance, and legal, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product management. You will also collaborate with sales and customer service teams to understand customer feedback and ensure that products meet customer needs and expectations.

Driving Business Growth: You will drive the development of the product roadmap, short-term and long-term strategy for allotted products considering customer demand and analytics. You will decide the overall product offering for these products to increase its top line and transaction volume. You will also collaborate with business teams to decide the product costing and pricing.

Required Skills and Qualifications: A deep understanding of card-on-device tokenization, EMVCo standards, and experience as a Tech Product Manager is essential. Proven track record of developing and launching successful credit card products. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing product development lifecycle. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
