Job Title: Service Delivery Operations Representative

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage work assignments, drive people management activities for the delivery team, and ensure service delivery quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently perform tasks and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in service delivery operations.
  • Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage and assign work assignments to the delivery team, fostering a culture of accountability and productivity.
  • Drive people management activities, including performance evaluations and career development, to promote growth and retention within the team.
  • Ensure service delivery quality and cost efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful service delivery, leveraging expertise and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, with experience in managing service delivery quality and cost.
  • Strong understanding of service delivery operations, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role, with 15 years of full-time education required.
