Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead located in Indore. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of support staff, coordinating with clients to ensure excellent service delivery, and generating performance reports. Additionally, the Team Lead will be involved in training new team members, addressing and resolving any escalations, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in customer support and technical support
  • Experience in lead generation and managing outbound calls
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle escalations calmly
  • Knowledge of BPO services including email support, live chat support, and knowledge-driven services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience in the outsourcing industry is a plus
