Job Title: Team Leader Customer Service/Supervisor (BPO)

Department: Business Services BPO 3PT– IT, Logistics

Work Hours: Night Shift

Experience Required: 4–7 years

Education: Any graduate

(Candidates currently pursuing higher education are not eligible)

Job Description:

We are hiring a Team Leader for our Customer Service BPO operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in handling international voice and email processes, particularly for US clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to multiple emails and calls from US-based teams.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in data entry and customer interactions.
  • Adapt to dynamic shift schedules and work on Indian and US holidays.
  • Lead and support sub-processes as required.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • Communication Skills: Must be excellent; ability to manage US client interactions independently.
  • International BPO Experience: 4–7 years preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Critical for data accuracy.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
  • Reasoning Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM (higher preferred).
  • MS Office & Excel: Proficiency in basic Excel functions and MS Office is required.
  • Learning Attitude: Open to feedback and continuous improvement.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must sign an 18-month Service Agreement.
  • Gaps in education/employment are not aligned with the role.
