Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead located in Indore. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations within the team, ensuring productivity and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring team members, coordinating workloads, monitoring individual and team performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The Team Lead will also act as a liaison between management and the team, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and improve team performance metrics
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using management and performance monitoring tools
- Familiarity with credit card industry operations is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
