Job Title: IT Service Delivery Specialist

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT production systems and services, ensuring client satisfaction and effective risk management. This role involves supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle, including incident, problem, change, and release management.

A typical day in this position will include providing operational support to ensure that production systems and devices are online and available. The candidate will also manage the Configuration Database and CI Management, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of IT production systems and services, focusing on client satisfaction and efficient risk management.
  • Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, covering incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
  • Provide operational support to guarantee the availability of production systems and devices.
  • Manage the Configuration Database and CI Management, maintaining accurate and reliable data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must have experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
  • Strong understanding of configuration database and CI management principles.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks is desirable.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, and networks.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
