Medical Device Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Medical Device Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our range of orthopaedic products to hospitals, medical stores, and other healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including hospitals, medical stores, and distributors.
- Provide product training and support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in medical sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of sales success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of the orthopaedic market and our products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
