Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Medical Device Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our range of orthopaedic products to hospitals, medical stores, and other healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including hospitals, medical stores, and distributors.
  • Provide product training and support to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in medical sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of sales success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of the orthopaedic market and our products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
