Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-performing teams, establish team goals, and mentor team members to support business objectives.
  • Apply appropriate development methodologies, specify application development environments, and toolchains for Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.
  • Designate project software leads, allocate engineering resources, and specify metrics for executing to plan.
  • Institute efficient communication practices with senior staff, direct reports, and cross-functional collaborators.
  • Establish a strategic team structure to allow the business to scale with additional software products, contribute to product innovations, and identify tactical continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Required skills in C#, Microsoft development using .NET Framework 3.0 onwards, WPF, XAML, MVVM, OOPS, Design Patterns, Multi-Threading, SQL Server, Unit and Integration testing.
  • Familiarity with software configuration management and/or source code version control systems.
  • Experience with medical device regulations and standards, such as IEC 62304, IEC 60601, and FDA guidance documents.
  • Expertise in developing software using Scrum methodology.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
