This is a critical position for the pilot deployment of a new enterprise connectivity initiative, with future rollout planned across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch technical assistance to consultants and local IT teams with device setup and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Execute end-to-end router configuration from unboxing to deployment.
  • Troubleshoot Netgear Nighthawk devices and similar enterprise Wi-Fi equipment.
  • Offer step-by-step guidance to end-users during live troubleshooting calls.
  • Manage VPN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for remote users.
  • Document troubleshooting workflows and escalate to global IT teams when necessary.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Network Support / IT Infrastructure roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in configuring routers, VPNs, and enterprise Wi-Fi devices.
  • Able to explain and walk through router configuration processes (CLI/GUI).
  • Thorough knowledge of VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL, Cisco AnyConnect, Zscaler, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Netgear Nighthawk or equivalent devices.
  • Excellent English proficiency, with ability to effectively guide consultants and IT staff.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience supporting enterprise or consulting environments.
  • Familiarity with large-scale multi-country IT support rollouts.
