Job Title: Technical Support Expert

We are seeking a skilled technical support expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing assistance related to our product suite, diagnosing complex application issues, and troubleshooting problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.

About the Role

This is a remote working position that requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. You will work closely with customers and partners worldwide, resolving technical issues, documenting reported problems, and providing consistent communication throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve technical issues of our product suite for customers and partners worldwide.
  • Document and verify reported problems, troubleshoot, and resolve issues using available tools and resources.
  • Log/report issues on our CRM, provide consistent communication to customers, peers, and teams.
  • Understand and set issue priority based on urgency and business impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in networking, CentOS Linux, and Windows OS is mandatory.
  • Experience in at least two of the following technologies is required: contact center technologies, application support, telephony experience/SIP, XML scripting, object-oriented programming.
  • Secondary skills include VXML, CCML, RDBMS, Microsoft LUIS/CLU, APIs, SMS, logical reasoning, analytical skills, cloud technologies, and Salesforce Service Cloud knowledge.
