Technical Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our security portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success through technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough technical discovery sessions and product demonstrations for our application security solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive responses to technical sections of RFPs and address customer queries with expertise.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by providing trusted technical guidance on adopting secure software development lifecycle practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Develop reusable technical assets such as presentations, demo scripts, and FAQs to enhance customer experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, compliance requirements, and best practices in application security.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or consulting in AppSec or enterprise software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Expertise in security testing tools and methodologies (DAST, SAST, SCA, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, Bash).
  • Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD tools, and secure coding practices.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
