Job Title: Technical Configuration Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement complex technical solutions based on business requirements.
  • Lead and manage large-scale system deployments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Design and deliver innovative integration solutions between various enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, supply chain applications).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and functional consultants to develop comprehensive configuration strategies.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance in system proactive management, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations.
  • Support testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT) by creating test cases, validating results, and ensuring issue resolution.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation, configuration manuals, and integration guidelines.
  • Train and mentor junior team members and provide subject-matter expertise to cross-functional teams.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in technical configuration and implementation.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale technical projects.
  • In-depth understanding of integration requirements and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of technical monitoring and optimization techniques.
  • Experience working in multi-country or region-specific configurations.
  • Exposure to supply chain/logistics domain solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical configuration, implementation, and integration.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
