Technical Support Specialist

A career opportunity exists for a Technical Support Professional who will provide timely and effective technical support to our clients. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting complex issues, providing analytical skills to break down problems into manageable parts, and using SOP documents to resolve issues efficiently.
Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with support methodologies, case lifecycles, and have hands-on experience with Google products such as Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with Google products and ITIL framework
Bonus points for holding Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification
