We are seeking a seasoned executive to drive business growth and expansion in our organization.
- Responsible for new business development, retention of large accounts and cross-selling products with existing clients.
- Lead discussions with CXO's, Senior Directors and stakeholders to establish key relationships.
- Pursue claims advocacy and servicing opportunities to increase revenue streams.
- Develop a deep understanding of insurers, their strengths and weaknesses to provide expert advice.
- Identify key decision-makers, clients or prospects' risks needs and determine the services, products, and combinations that will best serve and address the client/prospect's issues and objectives.
- Analyze existing policies, suggest better terms and negotiate with markets to retain and expand client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective network within the business community and industry.
- Cross-Selling: Develop strategies to sell additional products to existing clients.
- Claims Advocacy: Pursue claims opportunities to increase revenue streams.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Ability to manage and build relationships with internal and external customers, insurance partners and servicing vendors.
- Domain knowledge preferred.
- MBA degree or equivalent experience.
- Technical knowledge - MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.
- 10-15 years of corporate relationship management experience from a service background.
- Ability to manage diverse client cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.
- Experience in insurance companies/insurance broking company.
- Proven track record of success in sales roles with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
- Deep understanding of employer market segment and their unique demands and purchasing style.
- Results-Oriented with a strong sense of accountability and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
