With over 5 years of experience in front office operations, you will be responsible for supervising daily activities, managing staff, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and reservations.
  • Mentor and train front office staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Handle guest queries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for seamless hotel operations.
  • Prepare duty rosters and manage staffing levels to meet business needs.
  • Monitor performance and maintain accurate records of occupancy, billing, and guest history.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in front office operations within hotels.
  • Hands-on experience with Hotelogix or similar hotel PMS systems is an asset.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Able to handle pressure and maintain high guest satisfaction levels.
  • Graduate or Hotel Management qualification is preferred but not required.
