Front Office Manager for Hotel – Regenta Inn Nellore

Location: Regenta Inn Bhavani, Nellore (Bhavani Enterprises)Salary: upto 40k + incentivesPerks: Accommodation & Food providedWe are looking for a Front Office Manager with proven experience in the hotel/hospitality industry to lead our front desk operations and ensure outstanding guest service.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily front office operations (check-in, check-out, reservations).Manage and train front office staff, ensuring high service standards.Handle guest queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for smooth operations.Prepare duty rosters, manage staffing, and monitor performance.Maintain accurate records of occupancy, billing, and guest history.Implement guest service programs to improve satisfaction scores.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in front office operations within hotels.Hands-on experience with Hotelogix or other hotel PMS is preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle pressure and maintain guest satisfaction.Graduate/Hotel Management qualification preferred.What We OfferAttractive salary package + incentives.Accommodation and food provided.Career growth opportunities in hospitality management.A dynamic and professional work environment.
