Front Office Executive for Hotel – Regenta Inn Nellore

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month + sale incentives + accommodation
We are looking for a Front Office Executive who can do more than guest check-ins, someone who can also help us build and maintain strong corporate client relationships. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Hotelogix Front Office Software and be confident in client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out.
- Manage reservations and operations on Hotelogix PMS.
- Handle guest queries, calls, and emails with professionalism.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to drive repeat business.
- Coordinate with sales/management team to onboard new corporate accounts.
- Ensure seamless communication between front office and all hotel departments.
Requirements:
- Hotelogix Front Office Software experience is mandatory.
- 3Years prior experience in front office operations with exposure to corporate bookings.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (English, Hindi, Telugu).
- Outgoing personality and ability to network with corporates.
- Graduate/Hotel Management Diploma preferred.
