Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships in the India region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the India region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to identify new business opportunities and drive sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical marketing and regional marketing teams, to develop and execute marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the Preferred Design House and Light Electric Vehicle segments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of success in driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data and create effective presentations.
