Job Title: Human Resource Generalist

About the Role:

We seek a skilled and experienced Human Resource Generalist to oversee the entire human resources function at our facility.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
    • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for all plant-level roles (blue-collar & staff)
    • Liaise with local contractors/labor vendors for manpower supply
    • Organize employee onboarding and induction sessions
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
    • Address grievances of workmen and staff, ensuring timely resolution
    • Foster employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities
    • Maintain healthy industrial relations with contract workers and unions (if applicable)
  • Payroll & Compliance
    • Coordinate with finance/vendor for timely payroll processing
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws
    • Manage statutory returns, inspections, and audits
  • HR Operations
    • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave management
    • Prepare HR MIS reports on a regular basis
    • Handle documentation related to offer letters, confirmation, separation, etc.
  • Performance & Training
    • Support performance management processes
    • Identify training needs and organize skill development sessions

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Plant HR functions (preferably in a manufacturing setup)
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently
