Job Overview

  • Manpower planning and workforce optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following qualifications are required for this role:

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in hospitality/hotel industry.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations and manpower structures.
  • Labor laws, payroll systems, and compliance knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
