Technical Leadership Role

This is an opportunity to lead the design, development and support of applications within the AEM ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end application lifecycle management including design, development, and deployment.
  • Drive technology strategy and solutions architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable and secure AEM solutions.
  • Implement code quality standards using CI/CD tools such as Maven, Jenkins, GitHub and SonarQube.
  • Provide technical expertise and solution approaches during client discussions.
Requirements
  • Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (6.x / Cloud Service) - components, templates, workflows, dispatcher, DAM and experience fragments.
  • Strong skills in Java/J2EE technologies including Servlets, JSP, HTL/Sightly, OSGi and Apache Sling.
  • Experience with frontend technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery and React/HTL.
  • Hands-on experience in AEM upgrades and multi-tenant architectures.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines including Maven, Jenkins, GitHub and SonarQube.
  • Expertise in JCR queries and AEM indexing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record in Agile/Scrum environments.
