We're on the lookout for a Technical Lead (AEM) to join our OneMarketing project . This role demands not just technical mastery but also leadership in guiding teams, ensuring best practices, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design, development, and support of applications within the AEM ecosystem.
Drive application upgrades, migrations, and solution architecture .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver robust, scalable, and secure AEM solutions .
Maintain code quality standards with CI/CD tools (Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube) .
Participate in client discussions and provide technical solution approaches .
Stay updated on industry trends & technology standards .
Mandatory Skills
Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (6.x / Cloud Service) – Components, Templates, Workflows, Dispatcher, DAM, Experience Fragments.
Java/J2EE : Servlets, JSP, HTL/Sightly, OSGi, Apache Sling, Apache Oak.
Frontend Technologies : JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, React/HTL.
Hands-on experience in AEM Upgrades (major & minor) and multi-tenant architectures .
Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines : Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube.
Experience in JCR Queries & AEM Indexing .
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with proven delivery in Agile/Scrum teams.
Nice to Have
Exposure to AI integration in AEM .
Knowledge of Python and frontend test automation.
