Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain AEM environments (on-prem and cloud-based).
  • Perform regular system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security configurations.
  • Collaborate with development teams to support deployments, patches, and upgrades.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments.
  • Monitor and optimize AEM performance, availability, and scalability.
  • Support migration efforts from on-prem to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) or hybrid models.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide on-call support and incident resolution as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience administering Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of AEM architecture, including author/publish instances, dispatcher, and replication agents.
  • Experience with AEM on-premise and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Adobe Cloud Manager).
  • Understanding of web technologies (Apache, HTTP, SSL, CDN, etc.).
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Splunk, Datadog)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Tools:

  • Understanding of basic networking, including TCP/IP, firewalls, SSL, etc.
  • Experience with IT Service Management tools (Remedy, ServiceNow, etc.) and process.
  • Experience with source control tools, in particular Git
  • Experience with Monitoring and Logging tools, including Datadog, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk
    • DevOps backup (You have already shared few profiles but we are going slow.)
