FP&A Manager for India COE

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for our various teams within the GTM organization. This role involves collaborating with global stakeholders, engaging with the COE team, and ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial insights.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for GTM teams supported by the India COE
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports and dashboards
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Provide and present meaningful, concise, and clear analysis to senior management on financial challenges and performances
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 9+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles
  • Experience in a COE or shared services environment is preferred
