Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective resolution to customer complaints and queries.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Work closely with the customer service team lead to identify trends and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in handling customer complaints by phone, email, and live chat in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to manage own workload.
- Proactive in dealing with complaints in a timely manner with excellent organisational skills.
