Job Description

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through prompt and effective issue resolution.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, calls, and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide empathetic guidance and support to customers seeking help with astrology-related sessions and app features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to inform process improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address recurring issues and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction targets and maintaining a positive brand image.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business Administration or Communication preferred).
  • 1-3 years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the app or tech industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • An empathetic, patient, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, ZOHO) is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in various shifts as required by business needs.
