Account Executive

At HireBloc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing relationships with our clients, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Account Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the main point of contact to understand client needs and drive business success.
- Strategic Planning: Develop account management strategies to achieve sales targets and drive profitability, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our products/services according to client needs.
- Reporting and Analysis: Forecast and track key account metrics, preparing reports on account status and communicating insights to internal stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in account management to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Sales or Account Management, experience with CRM software and MS Office applications, and a proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
