Account Executive

Job Purpose: As a key member of DigiLantern's Account Management team, the Account Manager is responsible for driving the growth of assigned accounts and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and provide value-added services.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of clients' needs, competitors, and industry trends, informing strategic account management decisions.
- Deliver seamless and timely project requirements, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the account management process, ensuring efficient delivery and effective communication.
- Monitor and manage account performance, tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute strategies to close sales, building rapport with existing accounts and expanding business opportunities.
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business strategy, working closely with executive sponsors and key stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to drive account growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field (B Tech in Computer Science or equivalent preferred)
- MBA or other management qualification (Regular MBA preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience as an Account Manager in International or Domestic domains
- Proven track record of successfully managing IT services or SAAS product delivery accounts, or digital marketing client management with a strong understanding of IT services
